Working as part of a team, you will support the Departmental Manager and Administrative team by managing the Department’s student and academic feedback systems and supervision system. You will be the point of contact for feedback and supervision enquiries, in person, by phone or email. You will also have responsibility for producing module information and course packs for students.
You will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be able to work under your own initiative and prioritise your work. You will have strong IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition, a good standard of numeracy, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also required.
