The Department of Health Sciences is seeking a Senior Lecturer in Applied Health Research which will be based in one of our highly successful research groups

As one of several new positions, this appointment is a key strategic development aimed at recruiting leaders of health research to support the Department in maintaining its commitment to research and teaching excellence.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a large and successful vibrant multi-disciplinary Department, renowned for its methodological expertise and commitment to policy relevant health research and will contribute to the teaching and supervision of postgraduate students as well as expanding your own research portfolio.

You will be expected to have a demonstrable track record of conducting high quality research that will compliment and/or extend the existing research activity within the Department.  Applications are particularly welcomed from those with expertise in the study of behaviour and behaviour change relevant to physical health and illness at the individual or policy level.
