We are seeking a part-time Office Manager: Careers and Student Support to provide cover while the current Office Manager is on maternity leave.
The role of the Office Manager is extremely varied and requires someone who has a strong background in a similar position. You will need to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently and flexibly under pressure, and to tight deadlines. You will have good IT skills, experience of managing budgets and producing financial reports, and of providing excellent customer services. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the Administrative Assistant: Careers and Student Support. Your ability to communicate effectively and to maintain accuracy will help us to build upon our success in delivering the services that we provide.
This is an exciting time for Student and Academic Services. In 2015 we launched our new strategy, setting out our ambition to integrate our face-to-face and online services so that they are welcoming, logical and accessible for students, staff, and other service users, and reaffirming our commitment to providing excellent services of a high professional standard.
