Within The University of York’ Reception Services, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to deliver effective front desk customer services to students, staff and visitors over our large campus.

For our Open ended post the hours of work are full time. Working shifts will be between the hours 06:00 – 00:00 but will predominately be for 8 hours per day, 06:50 – 15:00 / 14:50– 23:00 or 10:00 – 18:10.
For the Fixed term post the hours of work are full time but worked in patterns of 12 hours, predominately 07:00 – 19:00 or 19:00 – 07:00.
Both posts cover 7 days a week, working days will be allocated by roster and will fluctuate week by week.
