We are looking for two talented professional Cooks to join one of our kitchen brigades. Ideally we are seeking Cooks with a passion for fine dining food production who also have the ability to produce both quality and beautifully presented buffets.
You will preferably have experience in high volume food production and be able to demonstrate the ability to cook quality fresh food for students and staff on our campus. You will also possess NVQ 1 and 2 or equivalent and a basic food safety qualification such as Foundation Food Hygiene certificate.
Hours of work will average 37 per week on a “5 days out of 7” basis but there is a need for flexibility to support business demand. There will be a proportion of evening and weekend work.
The starting salary is £15,400 per annum rising to £15,866 per annum on successful completion of a six month probationary period.
