The Goffin lab is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for a postdoctoral position in the context of a project “Neural network alterations in Rett Syndrome” funded by the Medical Research Council. The overall goal of the project is to combine state of the art techniques for recording neural activity to establish the dynamical basis of cognitive deficits in Rett syndrome. The position is targeted to the recording of population activity.
You will have a PhD (or equivalent) in Neuroscience or a related subject with familiarity with standard electrophysiological techniques. Candidates with experience using in-vivo electrophysiology are encouraged to apply. This full-time post is available immediately, with a flexible start date, and is funded for up to three years.
