Join Our Team as a UX Researcher
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to make your mark? We're looking for a UX Researcher to become a vital part of our expanding Digital Services team. We are looking for somebody with proven experience in qualitative UX research methods. Expect to be hands-on in a fast paced digital working environment.
Passionate about making products and services customer-centric? Fascinated with human behaviour and always curious to find out why? You could be our next UX advocate to help our teams make insight led decisions to create user friendly products and services.
We’re looking for a proactive and curious User Researcher to join our growing digital team. You’ll have the opportunity to work across all areas of University covering student, staff and community projects. We work agile, so expect a fast paced environment following a design thinking approach.
As a User Researcher your role is to evaluate how customers are interacting with our products and services. We also get heavily involved in Service Design and design work. Expect to regularly research areas never explored or touched. You should have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to everyone to help deepen understanding of how users are using our products and services. Alongside your ability to help inform how we adapt them to better serve our customer needs.
This role requires on-site working. We are always open to discussing flexible working options. Typically we ask for a minimum of 2 days in the office with the potential that this may rise up to 4/5 days per week if projects require.
Interview details: The interview date is to be determined.
Interview invitations will be sent by email, using the email address detailed on the application form.
