We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and determined person to join our Swimming Team and make York Sport Village a success for all our customers. As a Swimming Instructor you will be highly motivated, with a commitment to delivering a first-class service to all York Sport facilities users.
The role will involve the planning, teaching, assessment and evaluation of swimming lessons for pupils aged 6 months upwards. You must hold a current Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification.
You will possess excellent communication skills and an ability to work on your own initiative and within a team. Hours of work may require you to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The salary is £15.00 per hour.
We currently have 7.5 hours available. The shift could either be Monday 15:45-19:15 and/or Saturday 08:15-12:15. Your shift availability/preference will be discussed at interview.
