The Department of Psychology and the Department of Biology is looking to recruit a Student Services Assistant to support a strong Professional & Support Staff Team working across two Departments. You will support not only a large academic community, but a vibrant and diverse student body.
We are seeking a Student Services Assistant to work alongside our current Student Administrators as part of the Student Services team to undertake a range of administrative duties supporting the student lifecycle from pre-entry to graduation (UG, PGT, PGR). The main purpose of the role is to provide friendly and professional support, responding to general email enquiries and in person enquiries whilst having a portfolio of administrative tasks.
This is a varied role and involves extensive contact and communications with both staff and students and so a polite and helpful attitude is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student Administration team where we give all our staff opportunities for personal development whilst working in a friendly and supportive environment.
