We are currently seeking a Grade 4 administrator to join our strong professional support teams for the School of Arts & Creative Technologies and York School of Architecture which sits in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The role will carry out a range of duties relating to the student facing services and administration of our degree programmes across the faculty.
An enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, you will need to be highly organised with excellent IT and interpersonal skills, to provide a high-quality service to both students and staff.
You will gain a good working knowledge of our systems and processes and University policies and procedures and use this to provide effective and efficient administrative support. This is a demanding and varied role; you will be an organised self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a busy environment.
