The University of York’s vision is for every York student to have access to, engage with, and benefit from, the highest standard of support for their personal and career development.
The new School for Business & Society will be at the forefront of the University of York’s Strategy for Public Good. It is a new interdisciplinary school with a shared purpose. Combining the collective strengths from the University of York Management School and the Department of Social Policy & Social Work provides a unique opportunity, working collectively with staff and students and our partners to pioneer impactful interdisciplinary research and teaching for public good, delivering inclusive growth. Fusing of our disciplines together provides a unique intellectual opportunity to tackle shared grand challenges.
The School for Business and Society are looking to recruit a Student Services Administrator to support all student-facing services within the school. Within the role you will provide a professional service to our students, working alongside our current student facing teams to undertake a range of administrative duties supporting the student lifecycle.
Key to delivering an excellent experience for our students is the service provided by our administration staff. Everyone and every role contributes to our mission as a ‘University for Public Good’.
This is a flexible role and you could be asked to work in another area within the School or possibly the wider university or faculty.
