As a Sport Assistant (Lifeguard) you will be highly motivated, with a commitment to delivering first class service to all York Sport’s users and an ability to contribute through fulfilling a wide range of practical duties, including lifeguarding.
If the successful applicant does not hold a current recognised lifeguarding certificate, the offer of employment will be subject to obtaining this within 6 months of commencing work.
You will possess an ability to work on your own initiative and a commitment to working within a team. A strong interest in sport and leisure activities and in delivering high quality service at all times is required.
The starting salary offered is £10,196.30 per annum. This is a part-time position for 18.5 hours per week.
