The University of York is seeking to appoint an Senior Research Fellow (Assistant Director York Trials Unit) in trial delivery to join York Trials Unit, a leading UK centre for the design, delivery, analysis and reporting of multi-centre randomised controlled trials.

We are seeking a researcher with advanced knowledge and skills in the design and delivery of trials of complex interventions (behavioural or surgery and devices) to provide leadership in trial delivery. The person appointed will work across trials playing a key role in innovation in trial delivery, joining our multi-disciplinary Operations Management Group. You will lead in developing and sharing good practice and innovation and building capacity across the team. You will contribute to funding applications, particularly in relation to delivery and feasibility.
