The Marketing, Recruitment , Admissions and Outreach (MRAO) team makes up part of the Directorate of Global Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions (GRMA), recently formed to respond to the rapidly changing global and national student recruitment environment.
Intricately linked to the broader University strategy and mission, MRAO has a mandate to help shape the University’s future student populations and significantly increase York’s commitment to widening participation using a focused and integrated approach. This is an exciting time to join the directorate as the team work to attract and enrol a diverse high-quality student body using a combination of agility, strengthened market presence and alignment with institutional goals to respond to global challenges and opportunities.
MRAO use market-leading Microsoft Dynamics tech stack to power its on-campus resourced CRM activity. The same kit also powers conversion funnel CRM via an integration with an experienced HE marketing agency (QSES). Together they support the delivery of these objectives, and the post-holder will play a leading role in both developing and maximising the impact of this capability.
As an important member of the MRAO team, the main purpose of this role includes:
Activity will span across pre- and post- application events, admissions processes (such as the UCAS cycle), and Strategic Information Technology Systems (SITS). Working closely within MRAO as well as other University departments, particularly marketing and conversion, to deliver a joined-up and effective approach to CRM.
We offer a competitive salary of £46,049 - £56,535 a year plus a market supplement and family-friendly, flexible working arrangements, including some remote working options.
