The University of York is growing its professional development offer to businesses and external organisations, backed by significant investment. This role is an opportunity to be a key part of that growth by supporting the development of our course portfolio, business development and marketing activities.
Your role will be vital to the development of our training offer. You will be the linchpin of our course approval process, acting as the primary driver to move programmes from concept to outcome. You will support market research into demand and potential new courses, including organising market research events.
You will lead the coordination of our commercial pipeline—identifying appropriate tender opportunities, managing our CRM integrity, drafting core components, and supporting the Business Development Manager in coordinating and submitting winning proposals.
You will provide high-level support to the Business Development and Marketing Managers. From coordinating exhibitions at high-profile external events and increasing our market engagement via organising our own events and networks to supporting our digital engagement, you will support our brand reaching the right external partners.
