The Department of Education at the University of York is seeking a Research Associate for 36 months to work with Dr Umar Toseeb on a project funded by the Nuffield Foundation called “Rethinking Special Educational Needs”. The project is a transdiagnostic investigation of the clustering and intergenerational transmission of special educational needs and mental health difficulties. The post is available from 1st May 2023 for 36 months.
The post will involve secondary analysis of existing genetic and behavioural data from UK-based birth cohort studies. The successful candidate will:
