This role sits within the PS Central Admin Service but will work very closely with the University Estates Department to support the delivery of high-profile and complex development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to help coordinate multiple workstreams that will collectively deliver a significant transformation of the University of York Campus. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside Project Managers, Finance specialists, and Senior Leaders to ensure the smooth efficiency of our development goals.
In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative and coordination support to ensure projects stay on track. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and facilitating governance and finance activities. You will act as a key point of communication between internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with project plans. Additionally, you will manage project tools (such as risk logs and dependency maps), prepare high-quality meeting papers and minutes, and proactively track actions to support the successful delivery of the University’s capital programme.
