An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/Administrator supporting the Head of the School of Architecture, working across the activities of the School. Reporting to the ACT & YSA Administration Manager, you will have substantial experience of providing PA support at executive level, including diary and inbox management, managing sensitive, time-critical and often conflicting deadlines, and administering executive-level meetings. The role requires flexibility, commitment, discretion and attention to detail. You will contribute to the work of the ACT/YSA Admin Team, primarily in the areas of HR and Casual Staffing, with ad-hoc project support as required, for example on YSA Events. The role is based on Campus East, with some opportunities for remote working, subject to business needs. Occasional out of hours working may be required.
