Are you a Foodie and are you looking at starting a career working in Catering? Then we have the ideal role for you. 

Due to internal promotions we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to be part of our friendly team.

What the role involves:

• 37 hours per week, no split shifts
• An interest in the hospitality sector and food preparation would be ideal. Full training will be provided 
• Prepare, cook and serve light snacks to the highest standards in a busy café environment on the main University Campus
• Opportunity to work as part of a small kitchen team, without close supervision, supported by a larger café team
• Gain experience and opportunities to progress your career from within the security of a large organisation with a culture of friendliness and growing talent from within

What we want from you:

You should have an interest in preparing and cooking light snacks, meals and call order menu items in accordance with menu guidelines demonstrating a flair and interest in food. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to work without close supervision and on your own initiative. If you have the desire and appetite to learn all aspects of the catering industry you are the person we are looking for.

What we offer:

The salary for this role is £19,215.74 per annum
