The HR Operations team is currently seeking to appoint an HR Officer. Reporting to a HR Operations Manager you will be involved in all areas of the HR Operations function. You will provide HR advice and support to staff and managers on the range of HR issues e.g. absence management, disciplinary, grievance, probation, performance management, HR policy and guidance.
The HR Officer will also be involved in the triage of queries and casework as they come in to the team, using the Zendesk system. Where appropriate queries will be signposted to other areas of the HR function and in relation to incoming casework you will assess the complexity and the capacity within the team, allocating as required. You will work closely with our existing HR Officer and all HR Adviser's, also providing strong links between the HR Operations and HR Services teams.
