We currently have two roles available. These roles are part of the Grounds Maintenance Team within the Directorate of Estates. The team complete activities associated with all aspects of grounds maintenance and sports fields’ works.
In these roles, you will cover all aspects of grounds maintenance and sports fields work. You will be required to use various equipment such as tractors, ride-on and pedestrian grass cutting machinery, powered hand tools such as brush-cutters and hedge trimmers. You will also carry out the application of chemicals such as pesticides and fertilisers.
During bad weather you will be required to attend work earlier for snow clearing and gritting.

As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining this status and our Green Flag Award which has been awarded to us for the past eight years concurrently.
