We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator to join our team as an Executive Support Officer. In this role, you will work directly with the Dean and Deputy Dean, supporting the School to grow and expand in line with our Strategy by taking on high level administrative tasks. You will lead on recruitment of new and senior academic and clinical academic posts, taking ownership of the process and keeping to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, regularly drafting clear and concise papers and reports for the Senior Leadership Team. You will need to be able to work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues on a variety of projects to meet internal deadlines.
The School operates a hybrid working model, and supports flexible working. The role can be based either at the University of York or University of Hull site to suit the successful candidate with some travel to the other campus required.
