You will be part of the Supporter Relations Team in the Office of Philanthropic Partnerships and Alumni (OPPA) and will be responsible for designing and implementing an innovative programme of stewardship for major donors that spans either Individual Philanthropy (major donations from individuals, as well as Legacy Giving) or Corporate and Foundation Philanthropy. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and can bring innovative ideas for supporter engagement that will ensure our stewardship programme stands out and meets the present day needs and wants of donors. You will use your skills in relationship and project management and communications to provide an outstanding giving experience for our donors, and reach key objectives in retaining their support. You will be dedicated to putting our supporters' needs and expectations first, and committed to supporting students and research at the University.

We are looking for a Donor Experience Officer to play a crucial role in the Office of Philanthropic Partnerships and Alumni (OPPA). OPPA is responsible for cultivating relationships with philanthropic donors and volunteers and maintaining life-long links with our alumni community through a range of benefits and services.
The Donor Experience Officer will join an expanding team of creative, visionary and dedicated professionals. The role will work with colleagues to achieve ambitious new goals to increase philanthropy and volunteering and develop a sector-leading alumni engagement programme.
