As Customer Service Apprentice you will provide a welcoming professional service to effectively ensure the smooth running of reception by providing efficient, friendly and customer focussed service to all York Sport village customers while committing to working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with an interest in working within the Sports and Leisure industry. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team within a customer focussed environment.
The starting salary is £14,971.30 per annum. The hours of work are full-time (37 per week).
This is a fixed term position for 18 months.
