An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst for PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd, one of UK’s leading digital health solution specialists.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join PCMIS, helping to advance digital health technology within the mental health and related health care sectors.
PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd provides digital services to over 12,000 health care professionals in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong, supporting NHS services as part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme, as well as children and young people services, military veterans, HE student services, research trials and a range of other health services.
PCMIS aims to transform health care impact through innovative digital health solutions and world leading evidence-based research to improve patient care and wellbeing across mental health and associated care pathways.
The post holder will be required to have a combination of business creativity, strategic thinking and technical expertise. You will be part of a small team that works closely to achieve the highest standards of effective business analysis and customer support.
You will play a key role in helping to make a difference to public wellbeing. Working closely with the PCMIS Business Team and PCMIS Support Team ensuring that all services using PCMIS have a good level of knowledge and understanding of the product, business processes around the product and how the product will meet the demands of their current business model(s) and how these can be adapted to new business models, as required.
Eliciting and documenting customer requirements. Interacting with services with the intention of understanding and documenting requirements for new and existing services.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Leading on new service implementations, business analysis, requirements gathering, service configuration, design and delivery of training courses, identifying and managing timescales and resources.
Working across the PCMIS Business Team and Support Team, directing and motivating staff, identifying and managing timescales and resources through to the conclusion of the project. To participate in other projects as a member of the project team. Provide third line support to external clients.
Resolving system problems escalated from the service support desk, diagnosing and escalating other problems as appropriate.
